Detailed Product Description

The product is white porous material in bulk.

It is indicated for acute and chronic respiratory tracts disorders concomitant with formation of viscous and hardly separated expectoration ,e.g. acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, asthmatic bronchitis, bronchodilation and bronchial asthma with hard expectoration elimination, and for prophylactic treatment of postoperative respiratory complications.

It is also used to treat infant respiratory distress syndrome of preterm infant and neonate.

The drug is a mucolytic agent and it can increase the secretion of serous gland in mucous membrane of respiratory tract, reduce the secretion of mucous gland, and thus reduce the viscosity of the sputum. In addition, it can also improve the secretion of surface active substance in lung, increase the ciliary movement of bronchus, and allow the sputum easily expectorated.
